Oh my goodness! As a local Realtor, I have seen the work of Luis and his crew at several of my client's properties. I saw the attention to detail and clean painting.. and decided to take the plunge and hire them to do my bathroom renovation. All I can say are positives. Luis had perfect communication. He told me each day which time the next day he and/ or his crew would arrive.. and they were on time EVERY time. I had a vision of my new bathroom that had a rather complicated build out section that I created in my mind.. and Luis nailed it! But even after all of the great work done, this is the NICEST group of men EVER. Working in my industry I meet a LOT Of contractors and tradespeople. I fell in love with these guys. I do NOT like people in my home.. I like my privacy. I actually felt sad on their last day because I enjoyed these guys so much. I will hire Luis every time.. and he will be getting ALL of my clients referrals!

We used Tero Services in 2021 to paint the exterior of our home and barn. He also painted the interior of the house, years ago prior to our purchase. I also hired him to paint the interior of my business office.Louis and his team are trustworthy in your home, fairly priced, and reliable. I believe he does a great job with drywall painting. Unfortunately, we have had some costly and serious issues with his other work.Louis recommended that we paint the front walkway and the patio. I initially planned to use pavers, which fortunately I did use around the pool. The walkway paint he used is incredibly slippery--despite assuring us it was no slip, he then said he would need to add a sand texture to make it not slip. The surface also bubbled up and eventually peeled. He said this is due to our sprinkler system--we do not use a sprinkler system. We are now installing pavers over the mess that cost $1700 to have painted.The other expensive mistake was on our front doors. They also bubble and peel. The impact doors are ruined and need replacement, at a large cost.Last, the pressure treated wood barn that he painted did not last even a year. It is peeling in most parts.All of these are mistakes that I would not expect an experienced painter to make, but if they are made, I would expect a reliable company to act immediately to repair the mistakes. This was not the response I received, unfortunately, on two attempts to contact Louis. Instead, I heard a list of excuses on why it is our fault these things are happening and how he cannot be accountable for circumstances beyond his control (such as preparing surfaces appropriately).I sadly also recommended him to a friend, whose interior doors are bubbling like my exteriors. He told her it was damage from her cat. I am writing this review to hopefully help others not make the same expensive mistakes with Tero Services. I think they are fantastic, reliable, and fairly priced drywall painters whose other painting work seems to consistently have problems that he will then refuse to fix.Services: Install flooring
