Allie's Tuesday morning class is my fave! As a beginner, I so appreciate the way she gives clear instructions so I'm never lost in class. She's very helpful with perfecting your form and giving cues on where you should be feeling the movements.

Been here twice, and both times the instructors delivered incredible sequencing. My first class with Tina included all the classic favorites like lunges, newspaper, and scrambled eggs, along with plenty of creative variations. My second class with Brittany featured unique moves I’ve never done on a reformer before. They were challenging, effective, and genuinely fun.
The studio itself is intimate with very cool lighting that creates a full vibe. They have cubbies for your belongings that you can see the whole time. There's pilates socks you can purchase and I got a really cute pair! The restroom is clean, and they provide a water cooler with... read full review

I’ve been going here for a few months now and love it! The Sculpt Shop classes have gotten me totally back in shape after having a baby. The instructors are all really nice and helpful too! Try it out!
