Horrible, disgraceful service, wherein employees such as Wanda, actually goes out of her way to make gravely ill patients angry and upset. Her loyalty is to the costumer who pays for the service, and not to the patient, When I asked the company, why Wanda is treating my father so badly, they admitted that Wanda was their employee, who takes orders from my brother who the claimed to have had a Power of Attorney, The next day the company called my office and claimed that my father was not one of their patients. Then, why would the company admit that my father is their patient, and Wanda their Employee. They also were able to name my brother. Why in the world with this horribly...read full review
