My husband and I both had appointments scheduled back to back, or so we thought. We showed up early as usual but when we approached the window to check-in, we were informed that both appointments were going to be considered new patients visits even when we’ve been going to this particular office for more than 10 years. We were also informed that due to this, we couldn’t have back to back appointments. I guess there is a new rule being implemented that if you don’t use the office services every year you will be considered as a new patient when you go back. Nevertheless, they then expected us to sit and wait for more than two and half hours for the second appointment....read full review

Terrible service. Scheduling sucks. Technology is not advanced. I have my insurance card on my phone and they wanted a physical card. What’s the difference?? It’s the same information!Couldn’t reschedule me for another 2 weeks!

This place was not very professional, they sent me to collection for a doctors visit on 2019. 4 years after they asked me to pay a bill that they never sent me, that I attempted to pay. They never responded the billing phone calls and finally sent my bill to collection. I don’t recommend this place ?
