I’ve been going to this Medical Center for a little while now for Laser Hair Removal Treatments and Hope is the absolute best!!! She always makes me feel comfortable and I always walk out feeling better and more confident than I did when I first walked in. Love them!!!

They very nice staff and treat people very well. But, I had an appointment for my laser about a week ago. Drove there about a half an hour and saw the sign says close, never got a courtesy call saying that they will be close on that day to reschedule. So I had to drive back home another half an hour of my time. So I called to reschedule my appointment. They never answer the phone and left numerous messages. Never got a call back to me very unprofessional.

Cynthia is the absolute best. From when I first started my laser hair removal journey to now she's always been accommodating, patient and fun! The place is always clean and the staff I have interacted with are great. I do agree with the other reviews that the machines have issues at times but they do try to make it right. They also honor Groupon prices and will even try to work with you if it expired.
