Katherine has a true healing touch to her. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and has the training to back it, but her intuition and kindness strengthen her craft. I went in for functional medicine to understand what is going on in my body, why I’m so tired, and what it truly needs to be supported and well nourished. I came out with such an integrated understanding of the energetic and physical aspects of my body. She genuinely cares about your well being and will tailor each session to give you what you need. She is like your body’s biggest cheerleader. Feels wonderful to know I have someone I can trust and rely on when I am not feeling my best.

Palm Beach Healing Arts (PBHA) is the best in town. The owner has dedicated her life to being a healer. She is a licensed acupuncture physician and functional medicine practitioner. I've been a patient of PBHA on and off for years. They have helped with physical and emotional pains, lack of sleep, stress, anxiety, my stomach/ gut health and more. They are also fully stocked with herbs and dietary supplements to get your body in balance. I would 10/10 recommend PBHA.

I cannot begin to express how much Katherine has helped me. When I first started going to her I was a walking mess. I had hot flashes,bloating,and many other issues. I did not want to take medication and I knew there had to be a better way. I was skeptical at first but after 1 session I immediately noticed a difference and I was a true believer ever since! Katherine isextremely knowledgable,so kind,and really cares about making people better. I cannot say enough good things about her as a person, or how well she runs her practice.If you are thinking about trying accupuncture Katherine is the best!!!
