Dr Sohn deserves a 5/5. She is an excellent doctor who takes the time to explain things to her patients Excellent medical staff. Horrible front office. My insurance and I were double charged for a procedure that has been mandated by law to be 100% covered by insurance under federal law. Should have been a simple refund right? Nope. First, you get to speak to the unhelpful office manager where you learn that all of their billing is done in Tennessee and their front office staff is not allowed to use their common sense and knowledge of pre-existing laws. Dr. Sohn and her staff are AmaIng!, Professional, caring and efficient! Dr. Sohn is very knowledgeable in all aspects of her field - she tells you like it is, which I appreciate. She has delivered 2 of our grandchildren as well as provided excellent care for our daughter and I! She always asks about our family and it is obvious that she truly cares! Leslie Knowles, M.S. Dr. Sohn is an extremely knowledgeable doctor. I have been her patient for many years and followed her as she has moved to several different offices. She also saw me through my high risk pregnancy and delivered at Good Sam almost 2 years ago as well. She was always there to answer me personally when I had a question or worry regardless of how silly it might of been. She is not the type of doctor that is going to hold your hand, coddle and tell you what you want to hear. If that's the kind of doctor you need or are looking for then she is not for you.
