When I called my insurance company to tell them I just put on a new roof, they said I would have to get a new 4 Point inspection. I immediately called Jason and he was able to come do the inspection that afternoon. As always, very professional and efficient. My results will be emailed to me to get them forwarded quickly to the insurance company. If you want someone who does a thorough job at a fair price, Jason's your guy. I would highly recommend his services.
I needed an inspection before deciding to buy a home. Inspector Syck conducted a thorough inspection and provided a detailed report. He checked the exterior, interior and attic. He found items to be fixed. I would definitely hire him to inspect any house before buying it.
Jason and the Mindful team and truly exceptional work and went well above my expectations as it relates to their work, professionalism, and rates. Jason’s ability to ability to zone in on the details of the projects that I hired him for shocked me quite frankly.
