I was running late and called,the receptionist told me that all is well and that I might get a text to say my appointment is canceled but I can still come in. When I got there I just made a payment and the not long after that I was seen by a medical examiner. I would rate my service 10/10
I recently visited this urgent care facility and was impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the staff. Millie at the front desk was welcoming, friendly, and provided clear and thorough explanations of all necessary information, which immediately put me at ease. After a brief wait, I was seen by the provider, Kelly, who conducted a comprehensive examination and carefully reviewed my symptoms with me. The entire experience was seamless, and I felt confident in the quality of care provided. I highly recommend this facility for anyone seeking prompt and attentive medical attention.
I was visiting from out of the state and was experiencing quite a bit of pain when I arrived at the South Dixie MD Now Urgent care. Millie welcomed me in a friendly, concerned way. She was patience and skilled at getting me checked in, going the extra mile to make sure my insurance was accepted, always with a friendly smile. The nurse, Amber the nurse and Anne, the PA were also friendly and professional. They diagnosed my problem after listening carefully, guiding me with thorough questions. It was a very positive experience and made a difficult day much more bearable I highly recommend this urgent facility and their caring and supportive team.
