Very disappointed. Had skin cancer removed from my back a week ago. Doctor told me I would receive “wound instructions.” Didn’t. On fourth day after sensitivity, began applying neosporin. Still sensitive three days later. Just called office. Was told what wound instructions included. Told her never received. Now my wound is inflamed. Dr. Carroll, your office staff is not bringing their A-game. You did a terrific job with me a few years ago, but this is gross incompetence on the part of your staff.

Dr. Carroll is caring and thorough, as well as intuitive--which I value in a doctor and professionals in general.After looking at my butterfly pattern rash, she suggested a test for Lupus, which I balked at. But after doing my own research, I decided to take her advice. My blood test was positive--I called to apologize, and made the appointment with a rheumatologist.My rheumatologist was also thorough, and did three more tests, concluding that although I have some Lupus symptoms and some positive test results, I do not have Lupus.I am grateful for the journey, however, because my daughter, because of my testing, got tested for her own symptoms, and may, indeed, have a... read full review
