I came to St. Augustine from NYS, and found "J " who treated me for back/neck pain. Cannot say enough good things about his help. He was everything a physical therapist should be, and saved me from a great deal of pain. Thanks, "J".

I was very impressed with everything about this center. Great location, convenient scheduling and clean environment. The staff wipes down the tables, machinery and equipment after each use. All the receptionists, therapists and techs were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The therapists, Ryan, Janie, Jilly and Katie are the best! They gave me excellent care, including workout guidance, explanations and most of all, massages that really helped. I highly recommend Premier for physical therapy.
