Bill did an amazing job with our area rug that had some deep stains on it. I tried hard to clean them with several products, but I ended up making it worse, and causing damage to the fibers. I thought it was impossible to fix, but Bill made it so much better! Also, he was very professional and mindful of our home, going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Highly recommend!
