Was there at 10:15 for my appointment. Left at 11 as it looked like it would be another 15 or 20 minutes before the dr would see me so I left. My time is valuable and businesses that overbook and don't respect their customer's time don't get my business. Went to Walmart and the exam was $40.00 cheaper.

It started with making an appointment online, then calling to verify my appointment & my insurance was accepted for eye exam & glasses. I was told my insurance was accepted. Then I called back to ask if they were going to dilate my eyes & was told that was my option. I told the young man that yes then I wanted them dilated, as my eyes had not been checked in many years. At that time the young man asked me to be at least 15 minutes early for my appointment & told me the doctors appreciate it. I have been going to this location for about 10 years and have always had a pleasant experience! Lenore helped me pick out some glasses yesterday and was very helpful and informative when it came to understanding my insurance and pricing. The optometrists are always very kind and complete my eye exam efficiently! They got my glasses done within hours and they did a great job with them.
