Dr. D is one of the nicest people. I always feel so much better when I leave. They are so accommodating which is great for my insane schedule. The Saturday hours are extremely helpful.

Dr. Dresner is a rare chiropractor. He has treated my family and me for 10 years. He doesn't have an automated table. He doesn't have an X-ray machine. He doesn't need them because he has a MASSIVE amount of knowledge of the body and how it fits together that he leverages to solve many of the body's challenges - including ear aches. If you or your child have an ear ache - bring it to Dr Dresner. He will get rid of it - no antibiotics. We moved to Ocala and still travel to Wellington for him to adjust our family on a regular basis. He's that good.

I have been using doctor for chiropractic and acupuncture. Dr Dresner is skilled in both . He has my back feel much better . I have been using him for acupuncture for my knees as well and have seen great success in a few sessions
