All of the staff have done a great job in caring for my pet. They are polite, thorough and explain everything to you. They do follow up calls to check on the pet which is a big plus for them and I like the health insurance as it helps save money. They are very accommodating and will try to get your baby in ASAP if the is an issue. Great place ?

The store in Wellington has the nicest crew and the best Drs. For our pets. They are loved and both dogs are treated as if they belong to the staff. It’s that feeling of security when leaving them in their care. Thank you to everyone in the Wellington town square store. One year has gone by and my dog was put to sleep at 14 years old. The doctors were outstanding during this process and made us feel involved from the beginning to the end with love and respect. Thank you to the entire crew at BANFIELD

Love my Banfield team! They always are so friendly and knowledgeable. They greet you with a smile and love on your pet. The doctors are fantastic but Dr Cassidy is my go to. She loves and just knows my pets and I know that she always has our best interests at heart. Highly recommend! ❤️
