September 2023 Update: it was unfortunate that it took me almost 6 months to have my dental cleaning claims carefully reviewed and updated. The good news is that I was issued a refund. I have changed my review to a three star based on the fact that Dr. Rendon is a highly regarded dentist in town and on the fact that the Regional Manager from the Tampa office intervened and helped. However, if you have insurance, I would highly recommend you call them to verify your coverage by giving them the codes used on the treatment plan. Make sure to check the contract rates are correct. Only then, sign it.

Great dentist but awful billing department! The woman I talked to was incredibly rude and hung up on me three times!!!! The office billed an insurance policy that has not been active for almost 4 years and cannot prove me with an accurate fee for services rendered. I am only giving them 3 stars because the office staff is awful but Dr. Rendon is amazing! Such a shame bad office staff ruins the entire experience

Awful Experience! It was supposed to be covered under insurance. I found them through my insurance, When I called to verify the receptionist said everything was fine and that I was 100% covered for my allotted two regular visits per year. So much to my surprise a year after I made my only visit ( not impressed with him or his staff) I started to receive bills for my insurance covered visit! Why in the world did they start sending me a bill a whole year after a visit?! This is a Super Shady Place! Do yourself a favor and steer clear!
