We called ahead to see if they had the tree we wanted.An employee went out and checked just to make sure. It was a long trek out there but within minutes she confirmed they had one.When we arrived, she walked us out there and we bought it.They even helped us load it into our truck.VERY friendly service!We will be back.

It was much bigger than what I could see from the road and has a huge variety of perienial shrubs as well as some annuals. Everything is well marked for those of us who do not know what will tolerate full sun, partial shade, etc. Staff does not pressure the shopper but is available to answer all questions. I needed drought tolerant, full sun shrubs I can plant myself....they had soooo many, reasonably priced. I will come back!!

Friendly, very helpful staff. So sweet to my granddaughters today when we were searching for pumpkins. Bought beautiful wreaths made by one of the employees. No pumpkins for sale this year.

Stephen Hazeltine is President and Owner of Hazeltine Nurseries, Inc., a full-service landscape development and maintenance company, as well as a 90-acre growing nursery and tree farm, located on North River Road in Venice, FL. Hazeltine Nurseries, Inc. specializes in designing and installing landscapes, hardscapes, irrigation, drainage and landscape lighting systems that transition the outer living areas of both residential and commercial properties. Stephen and his wife, Michelle, began their company in 1983. It has since grown to employ over 150 people and is one of the largest privately owned green industry businesses in Sarasota County.
