We always used control Temp and they were a Great service , but they disappeared and although it was surprising it happens sometimes. Will and Curt were always Great but something must of happened to their business maybe money related not sure . There's so many reviews here from people who were screwed by them I feel lucky nothing terrible happened to the AC they installed in our house 7 years ago thank god we left that house . We since found a Great AC company

We own a home on Siesta Key & hired Will Rubenstund - owner of Controlled Temp to address a moisture & mold issue - ultimately replacing 3 large air conditioning units & have invested over $60,000 with Will & Controlled Temp - we trusted the install & clean up was complete we were promised service & 10 years of full warranty on our units - we immediately discovered one of our thermostats was reading 99% humidity & Will returned & assured us it was just the thermostat & he would replace immediately (he never returned to replace even with multiple reminder messages) - last week WE discovered MOLD growing on our personal belongings in the master closet & in our formal living...read full review

We own a home on Siesta Key & invested tens of thousands of dollars replacing 3 large air conditioning units with Will Rubendunst - owner of Controlled Temp just a year ago - upon completion of our install - one of our thermostats was reading 99% humidity & Will assured us it was just a defect & he would replace immediately- we have reached out a half a dozen times - no return calls & just recently I noticed mold growing in our master closet & our in formal living room - my husband and I have literally tried everything to reach Will - countless phone calls & texts and there has been absolutely no response - I would NEVER recommend using this company & will be escalating...read full review
