Awesome customer service and great attention to detail. My pup is not the most social guy, but the staff helped him feel safe and relaxed and did an excellent job with grooming my 14 year old shi tzu.

I've taken my dog to this place 4 or 5 times now, and I've been satisfied every time!! I can tell they truly love the dogs there. They communicate well giving you updates if there's a problem including telling you how you'd dog did. I love it here!! 100% recommend.

Such a warm and friendly staff who all seemed to love and spoil my Akita puppy as much as I do. We just moved to Valrico from Michigan and this is our groomer for as long as we’re here. It was a great experience meeting the folks at this business and my pup loved it as much as I did.
