I had an amazing experience—they treated me like royalty! They did an incredible job, and my hair turned out exactly as I wanted. It’s hard to find such amazing service. I initially wanted a different color, but they were so happy to say no instead of yes and pretend. The amazing staff even gave me a rose because it was near Valentine’s Day! I’ll definitely be a loyal customer for life.
I am SO happy to have found Alex! I had been looking for a new place for my hair and I went somewhere else and they messed up my hair bad, and did exactly what I asked not to be done. Told her that I wanted to be more natural of a blonde and didn’t want the whiteness. Well, she proceeded to make me Platinum and I even had people asking if I was going to a Gray Blend Look. I’m 54. NOT going for that. When I came in and met Alex, she explained how to fix it and my options. She then proceeded to fix the disaster and make me happy again. I found my new place. Beauty Lounge of Trinity is the place to go to get pampered! My stylist was Alex and she did an amazing cut and style on my hair. I have very difficult hair to cut-straight, curly and wirery all on one head! Alex was able to make it look the same texture all the way around. She took her time to make sure I would be happy with the results. I highly recommend the Beauty Lounge of Trinity. You will love the results!
