I just had the best afternoon at Ulta Beauty in Titusville. 1st I want to say the store looks great. 2nd the customer service was on point. I got my hair done by Meredith who did a fantastic job, also just a cool, kind and nice person. Then I started shopping while my hair was processing. Hope went above and beyond to help me not only find what I needed for my specific skin condition, but also educate me, suggest different options and again, a kind, welcoming, easy to talk to person. These are the two I dealt with directly, but overall everyone was great, the vibe was wonderful. I would however add more music to your playlist. Seems to be on a loop. I already... read full review

I had the pleasure of meeting Sabrina Experience Manager and JULISSA Operations Manager both ladies were extremely helpful, upbeat and knowledgeable on the Fragrances. The Titusville Ulta is now my favorite store. Keep up the amazing work ladies ❤

I've gone there before. There are sales people that are familiar with products and I have gone there other times and the representatives are not familiar with the products and i wind up leaving because I spent too much time trying to get help to look for something for my skin or a certain eye product.
