    I got a root to tip color and a haircut, Jill my stylist was the best, it was the best color and cut I’ve ever had. I will be back. Thank you again, Jill. I absolutely love that they use Aveda products. They are the best.

    I was pleasantly suprise to be greeted by Marie. On my past visits , as Doris had retired, the reception area seemed uninviting.
    I especially loved the updated lounge with the removal of the large fountain that blocked the light and was an eye sore. The fountain was replaced by stylish leather seating.
    I was pleasantly surprised by a new water and coffee station. I will say the coffee station wasn't supplied with cups or creamer.
    As always Gen gave a wonderful relaxing message and was delightful as usual .
    I will definitely be coming back .
    Its the small changes that make a real difference.

    **Review for Tuscany Salon Spa - 1082 Canal Street, The Villages, FL 32162**

    I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Tuscany Salon Spa. I called ahead to confirm the price of a simple color retouch and was told it would be $75, which matched the price listed online. Given that this is the standard rate I pay at high-end salons, I booked the appointment expecting a similar level of service. Typically, this includes a shampoo, a natural blowout, and any products necessary for the process.

    To my shock, when I went to pay, I was charged $75 for the color retouch, an additional $45 for shampoo/finish, and $35 for a gloss add-on, bringing the total to $155. I find this practice to be highly deceptive. Shampooing and finishing the hair after a color treatment should be standard practice, as no one expects to leave the salon with dye in their hair. At the very least, these additional charges should have been communicated upfront by the stylist or receptionist, but they weren’t.

    This kind of deceptive pricing seems to be prevalent in The Villages, and I believe they’re taking advantage of the retirees in the area. I’m extremely upset and will not be returning. I cannot recommend a business that engages in such deceptive practices. Shame on them!

    I experienced a lovely relaxing massage. Plenty of cold water is available. After the massage, I relaxed in a sauna, the took a shower. Lockers are provided. Such a relaxing and luxurious experience. Always a pleasure.

    Just had one of the best 80 minute massages of my life! And honestly that’s saying something! I’m blessed to have a job that has a lot of sales recognition events in the best resorts and spas in the country. While the spa itself is average my therapist, Ricelda was best in class!! She was absolutely awesome!! I’ll be back to see her!!!

    My mom gave me a gift certificate for a facial and dermaplaning. It was amazing and really brought out the youthful skin under the top layer.
    I definitely recommend this spa!
