José was a great therapist and he's quite knowledgeable about what he's doing.I received a deep tissue massage and I think from here on I'll be most likely getting a deep tissue massage here.I like the fact that membership is on a month to month basis and you're not locked in for a year as well..the front desk manager is a sweetheart (young lady with the blue and black hair)Definitely feeling the soreness today so I'm going to be getting more work done asap as I've been neglecting myself.I'll be back very soon.

I was given a gift card to get my first facial and learn that I needed to continue going back for better skincare. So I have a membership and now I feel confident after every appointment. The process is very relaxing and the workers are very professional and very caring. Also the massages are the best when I need to loosen the muscles around my upper back. I would like to shoutout Kristen & Heather for doing an excellent job and treating me well. They are the best and the lovely ladies at the front desk for assisting me.

Overall I had a good experience with Hand & Stone. My therapist was attentive and skilled. Scheduling went smoothly. The facility was clean and tastefully set up. My only disappointment was having to listen to a sales pitch about the benefits of becoming a member right after my massage, when I just wanted to remain relaxed and quiet.
