Ms King is the best primary care provider ever! She has a way of making you feel as if you're the only patient she has. She's kind, caring, patient, understanding, compassionate and very smart! She won't stop until she gets to the root of your problems. Ms. King is outstanding at her job! The staff is also super kind and courteous! Everyone greets you with a smile and a great attitude. They're ready to help you and try to make things as easy as possible for you. Overall, my experience is always good when I come to CHC of Tavares!

This health center is awesome in downtown Tavares very easy to locate the doctor's nurses all the staff are awesome very patients also the dentist are very polite with their patients would recommend this place for the whole family thanks community healthcare Tavares ?

Dr. Carlos Colon provided excellent service and he was completely thorough. The CHC staff very quick with check in and check out, very efficient and excellent. The entire staff provided fantastic customer service.
