I have seen three different therapists here and have not had a bad massage yet BUT today was on another level. I saw Cecilia and WOW ? She got into all the knots in my back and unlocked my whole body! I had gone for a few months without a massage and past injuries and stress had been building up so much tension I was in pain and so stiff. I just gave her a little feedback while she was getting started and then she just completely exceeded my expectations! I was left dazed, tingly and melted into the bed. I was left speechless! I had the cupping massage with Miranda. She did an amazing job. I’ve never felt better. I liked how she explained what she was doing at every step as she worked on my body. They are caring and knowledgeable about what they’re doing.

Finally! A massage therapist that actually listens to your body! I had the pleasure of Katrina working on me and it was such a great experience. I've been searching for a go to massage place in Tampa for awhile and I've found the one! Highly recommend Urban Zen for a massage experience that is catered to your needs!
