My wife was taken here by the ambulance around 7pm. She was in a lot of pain. At 10:35pm she was still sitting on the waiting area waiting for a room inside ER. When you ask always an excuse. It is full, they are preparing a room. Etc..
I can’t not say enough positive things about my visit here to have my parathyroids removed. The staff was extremely supportive and friendly. I felt so spoiled the way they treated me from the moment I arrived. This place was clean and efficient. The office staff, nurses, Doctor Politz. I thank you all so very much.
Nice facility however they need to have only Oncology nurses doing Infusions on patients that have bad veins. A patient shouldn't have to go through living hell being stuck 30 times by someone who isn't qualified to work with hard stick patients! She even used a vein sonogram machine and STILL couldn't stick him! I had to literally raise hell to get someone in the room to do the job ?
