I absolutely love it here! I went to Sarah for acupuncture before and during pregnancy. I was adjusted during pregnancy and also brought my two week old for an adjustment. I always leave feeling better than I came in.

I recommend Dr. Sarah to anyone looking for conservative and successful treatment. I appreciate working with a doctor who is not quick to throw medication at every pain. The laser treatments used on my neck were very calming for an inflamed nerve. The follow ups and patient care were more than expected. I was also fortunate to have her collaborate with another doctor to make sure my recovery continues. Having her available on site to work with my trainers to keep me moving safely is another bonus!

Upon arriving at Sponaugle Wellness Studio you will step into a private and exclusive wellness environment. You will be greeted with a smile and a tea, water or coffee. Once in session with Dr. Sponaugle, you will have an in depth conversation about your health needs and concerns. She will discuss all your past medical history to gain a greater understanding of you and your current whole health status. Dr. Sarah works to develop a clear picture of you and your health so that she can become a healthcare advocate for you. From the information she gathers she develops a personalized treatment plan, customized to your specific needs and desired outcomes.
