The service that was provided by SERV PRO was exceptional, beginning with General manager, Danielle Collins. The team supervisor, Stanley Ducally, was great to work with during the reconstruction. He and his team were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Communication throughout the entire process was top notch. The workmanship was flawless. Any and all issues were addressed in a timely manner. After work was completed, they cleaned all areas and even moved furniture back in place. Highly recommend SERV PRO for any work needed. Chris, Marco and Brian were excellent! They did a great job with deep cleaning my house and were very polite and professional. They handled my stuff with care when they dusted. They cleaned my ceilings, walls and floors - took their time to ensure they got everything cleaned up. Jesus was great to work with as the project lead as well. Overall, I would recommend these guys to anyone in the area looking for some deep cleaning.
We had heavy black mold in an upstairs closet that we had previously tried to clean. We provided photos to ServPro and they sent a project manager to perform an inspection. After his inspection, he recommended a surface cleaning as he hadn’t found any cause (mold or moisture) in the attic space above the closet. We were kept informed about any delays or changes the appointment time. The service person was well groomed and neatly attired with shoe covers.
