I have gained and lost weight too many times over the years, but during the pandemic I really gained a lot. I was unable to motivate myself to do it once again! When I joined MKs fitness boot camp, I was embarrassed and intimidated (I mean, look at the guy! His muscles have muscles!) But after seeing big results in just a couple weeks, I knew I had to keep it up. Not only that, but all my pains and stiffness left too. Everyone in the class is super supportive. I highly recommend this trainer. He's great, the equipment's safe and clean, the camaraderie is excellent, and if you stick with it, you'll feel 20 years younger!
I truly enjoy MK Fitness Bootcamp. I feel safe and comfortable working out in group sessions. We sanitize as a group before and after each rotation/use. Although bootcamp is in a group setting, he modifies the exercises for each person. He monitors your goals and provides a shopping list and meal suggestions. He helps you redefine your relationship with food which is the key to a healthier lifestyle. Also, his playlists are BOMB!
Markeith is a great trainer , he pushes and motivates you. I love the high level of energy in this place. People are friendly and push each other to get through each training. I love the Saturday boot camps. If you are looking to lose weight or tone MK fitness is the place to be.
