TERRIBLE! I took my silk wedding dress to be cleaned here they ruined it.I very clearly explained to the associate that my dress had to be SPOT CLEANED & WET CLEANED it could NOT be dry cleaned. After I dropped my dress off the associate called me on a Friday and left a voicemail saying that they would need me to sign a release form so that if the dress was damaged I could not hold McNatt's responsible. I was out of town and decided I no longer felt comfortable having my dress cleaned by McNatt's. What a joke this place is! $15 for 1 dress and the collar wasn’t even pressed even though I was told that they wouldn’t need any special instructions to do so! Never again!!!! 1 star is too high!
