I had a panel box sizzling. Had to shut off all power. With guests coming from out of town, i took a chance and called Ketrow. They came out isolated the damaged circuits. Showed me the damage to the panel box. Told me he would return first thing in the morning to change it. 8am he was there. Changed the box . Showed the work he had done. I was a class A contractor for over 20 years , Mr Ketrows work was far better then any I’ve seen in those 20 years. He took the time to check every outlet and switch with me and my wife. The price was more then fair. In fact i added additional funds, that’s how pleased i was. They save the day

We have used Ketrow Electric in the past and Steve was extremely helpful and tried to help me over the phone with an issue. I was unable to correct the issue and he came out in a couple of day and fixed the problem quickly. We just used them for some ceiling fans and outside outlets. Steve was great and the gentleman that came out (Gary) was great. He knew what he was doing and saved us time and money with project. I would recommend Ketrow Electric to anyone that is not comfortable with some home projects.Thanks. Jim and Kim
