Paula is extremely knowledgeable and helps take away the pain.I've never walked away with a problem area in the last 17 years. Paula takes care of my many problem areas always. Paula is the best in town!

I have been seeing Paula for over 2 years now. She is the best massage thereapist Ive ever been to, and because of that, she is my first Therapist whom i have been a regular. She is extremely knowledgable and is always giving great instruction on at home wellness. If you are a female in the Tampa area I highly recommend setting up an appointment with her.

I love this place! From the start Paula listened and was attentive to my massage needs. She’s friendly, thorough, and welcomes your feedback during the massage. One of the best I’ve ever been to! Highly recommended!
