I met mr. Bishop Toups at the senior center in Gulfport fl. He was volunteering his time to answer free legal concerns to the seniors at the center. I spoke with him regarding some very important personal issues I had as an 83 year old man. After a short conversation I was very impressed with his profetionalism and knowledge for estate planning, probate trust, medicaid and elder law. I’ve acquired his service. When I met Bishop in 2021, I was very stressed out due to my Moms' situation. It didn't take long for Bishop to offer a solution to do the medicaid planning for my mom and let me know how 'simple' this was. He immediately put my mind at rest for the first time in weeks! He is compassionate, understanding and goes the extra mile to make sure you feel good about what you believe to be a very stressful time. He continues to weigh in when I ask questions that are beyond my pay grade! He CLEARLY cares about People MORE than he does Money! I would recommend him to anyone needing assistance with your loved ones.
