Cancelled my monthly maintenance program in August. I have now been charged 2 times since then. Cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Going to have to submit a case with my credit card company now to get my money back! This is just an awful experience.

I have been with Dr. Timothy Bain since 2005. I've always been the conundrum but he wouldn't give up. Even after the diagnosis of chronic and debilitating Lyme Disease he said OK now we know what we're working with and he continued to encourage me, his chiropractic technique kept me walking… PT strengthened me, for a while I was getting their excellent massage therapy. level four laser therapy helped with the muscles and tendons, and of course, the expertise of chiropractic adjustments that puts dr Bain at the top. His staff is amazing. Shannon, Dexter and all the other staff people are always so loving and caring and go to all lengths to meet my schedule. Heather, Leslie, and the other PT experts have really created a miracle. There were many practitioners that said I could not do anything but be in a mobile scooter. I am a walking miracle and they are part of my journey and a very important part. Thank you so much, B3 Medical!

This is the message I sent to the owner of B3 Medical on November 2, 2023: Hi Tim, I was a patient at your riverview location before I moved. I was having issues with walking, back pain, neck pain, and hip pain since having a child in 2020. Since moving, I've found out more about my issues that I feel would be good for you to know so that you can make the changes necessary to serve your clients, especially moms, better. After seeing Dr. Brandon Race for about a year or more, I made intermittent progress but nothing that lasted. The physical therapist there gave me stretches and exercises to work on my hips and flexors. However, I found out later that I actually had injury-based Diastasis recti of the abdominal muscles, bent tailbone, and a separation of my rib cage which I had been dealing with since pregnancy. If not caught, DRAM can be made worse with particular exercises like high knees. I don't blame Brandon for this and instead see this as a systemic issue within your business and across the chiropractic industry. In order to serve your mom clients better, please require that your doctors are knowledgeable about post-pregnancy issues well enough to refer those clients elsewhere. Within a month of being in the care of someone who could help me (pelvic floor physical therapist), I was mostly pain free and have made more progress than I have in the 3 very long, painful years since my pregnancy. I don't blame Brandon at all but I'm taking the time now to inform you. Please take this seriously and PLEASE make your practice a better place for moms.

I have been a patient here for many months. Dr Ramirez gave me all kinds of injections and procedures for my cervical pain. Some worked better than others. He uses light sedation so nothing has ever been uncomfortable, you are asleep for just a few minutes and waking up is instantaneous. I have waited a long time and have been taken at my appointment time, it varies. I think Dr Ramirez is worth the wait.

I have been a pain mgmt patient of Dr Edgar Ramirez's for 15+ years. Having lived all over country before returning to Tampa, I’ve been treated by more than a doz pain mgmt physicians prior to becoming his patient. As far as I’m concerned, he’s the BEST pain mgmt physician in the country!! He and the staff have always been extremely compassionate, friendly, and take time to discuss all procedures and prescribed meds. I am also giving praise to Dr Blackshear, the Anesthesia doctor. He is Excellent, and I’ve never experienced any adverse reaction from anesthesia during or after a procedure! Kudos!I would follow this practice anywhere in FL.If it were possible to award Dr Ramirez & Dr Blackshear, and team members with 10* (stars) I would do so with hesitation.Thanks to everyone for taking such good care of me all these years!

Absolutely horrible establishment. I would not go there. First, after 9 visit the incredible pain never subsided. It was torture each time I went, two times with another provider and my shoulder was fine. Second, the overcharged me THEN demanded more money. My health care verified 3 times that they were wrong. Their billing department was incredibly rude to me and very responsive when demanding money but after my insurance sent them a request to return my money, then they have no problem ignoring people. B3 is a HORRIBLE PROVIDER and since they refuse to return my money, the only option I get is to put in an investigation which results in insurance wasting money and retracting services with them. I'll be sure to post this everywhere I can do they don't scam more people.

I suffered from lower back pain, a knee that has been proposed several times to be replaced and poor neck rotation. After just three weeks with Dr. Sebastian, the chiropractor and Heather the Physical Therapist, my lower back pain and posture has drastically improved. My PT sessions and recommended exercises have helped my knee as I await additional treatment. B3 has changed my physical and mental health. This is an amazing medical group that I will refer to family and friends. They also have an amazing office and assistant staff that are friendly and professional. B3 is and can be life changing for so many. Much Gratitude !!!!
