Would really give 3.5 stars. I found out at 20 weeks my baby was non-viable, and it with the heartbreaking decision to terminate my pregnancy. I do believe that the medical staff themselves were very supportive and comforting as much as they could be for this process. Some of the front desk staff needs better trading customer service, and hospitality. Also, be prepared that even if you have an appointment, you will be there waiting for hours. I wasn’t seeing an actual procedure until six hours after my appointment time. Vitals, labs and administrative things were handled in between, but it is a long wait. Overall experience was positive. I was referred here by my primary OBGYN office. All of the staff was very kind and caring, including the doctor on staff. They answered all my questions and were easily available when I called back with more questions. This is a very busy office so be prepared to wait a bit depending on what your visit that day is, but they seem to work very efficiently. The only thing negative is that on their website it clearly states they take insurance, however in office I was told they do not accept the insurance. Be prepared to pay out of pocket.

The entire staff, nurses, and doctors are so sweet here and made the whole experience so comfortable for me. I can’t thank these guys enough. If you need a place to go, pick this office. You won’t regret it. Every visit here from the beginning to the follow up visits has been wonderful!
