This was my very first visit to a chiropractor and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I walked in a little nervous, not fully knowing what to expect, but Dr. Ways immediately put me at ease. He explained everything in simple, everyday terms so I actually understood what was happening instead of feeling overwhelmed. He answered every question without rushing, had great energy, and made me feel completely confident throughout the entire process. The adjustment itself felt amazing, but what really stood out was how seen and understood I felt, especially as a first timer who had all the jitters. The office staff was also incredibly polite and welcoming, which made the whole visit flow so smoothly. If you’ve been hesitant or nervous about seeing a chiropractor for the first time or looking to change chiropractors, I highly recommend giving this office a try. Dr. Ways is great! He is very professional and truly knows what he is doing. My first appointment was very productive. He did an X-ray, on the affected area and was very quick to figure out the problem. Once he knew what was wrong, he came up with a game plan and got right to it. I am very thankful. Now a days, it’s hard to find a Dr. who truly cares about there patients, I am blessed to have found Dr. Ways.
