The reception has good and bad staff..After i waited 40 min to my appointed appointment time, i spoke to “Carol” in the reception . She told me that i need to wait a few minutes !!I told her, a few minutes mean 40 min. ?? Then She said, I don’t know !(If you are just reading, you wouldn’t get the exact feeling. She was talking as if it was my fault. This employee could have had a bad day and maybe this is not her usual attitude, but i am not visiting her at home!. She needs some training in professionalism)The problem is if i was late to my appointment, I would pay fees! Just had my first experience with Dr. Balan yesterday!!! I'm so thankful I chose this place!! It's the best and they are nothing short of amazing... staff was so so nice and Dr. Balan herself is just the best!!!

Dr balan & Shannon... Wish I had a option to give more than 5 stars to you guys.......Everything was taken care of so professionally. They Even manage to get my xrays from my other dentist.So that they don't waste my time n money doing it again.... Thanks Dr balan n team you guys are amazing. Looking forward for further treatment here n nowhere else.
