Don't walk away from Jay and Landmark Construction....run!! He has left various clients with unpaid vendors and liens on their property. He has been paid and leaves his homeowners with incomplete and horrible workmanship. He refuses to take calls and handle issues. He will soon be under numerous lawsuits. You've been warned.
