We have a new technician, Chip (luther). He did a thorough job, explained what he was doing and why. He was prompt and friendly. He did a much better job than our old tech, we were surprised! He did our quarterly service and frankly, we didnt realize it should be so thorough. We appreciated his care and execution of the quarterly service!
