I went to Betty's Nails today with my mom and drove in from the city. We called days ahead and booked a pedicure & manicure. My pedicure was rushed and my feet were not properly sanded. No foot massage or rub. I still have dead skin on my feet. They didn't schedule the time for my manicure. I left annoyed and dissatisfied. It seems like they were trying to do as many people as possible, fast and do a mediocre job. For $30 per pedicure, I expect better. They should really prioritize people that call ahead instead of walk-ins. Really disappointed because they were my favorite before this experience.

I've been going to Betty's Beauty Boutique for over 10 years. I only get pedicures. Everyone who works there does an excellent job. The polish grows out before it chips off. I've never been disappointed with the quality of their work. The environment is friendly, clean, and comfortable. I've had some great conversations with other patrons. Betty is a great manager and a lovely person. I always call ahead for an appointment as she can get busy and I prefer not to wait. I've never had trouble finding a time that is convenient for me.
