We were in a panic tonight when our AC stopped blowing out cold air. With a baby at home, and it being August in FL, we were very concerned about overheating in our house. I sent a request over to Advanced Air, and Chris was quick to respond. He arrived exactly when he said he would and was quick to diagnose our issue. He was very thorough, explaining every step of his diagnostic and treatment of the issue. He was kind and courteous and had us fixed quickly so we could all get a comfortable night's rest. We're so grateful for Chris and the Advanced Air team!

This is my second experience over the years with Advanced Air Care, this time a Water Furnace HVAC motor that had been worked to death and had to be ordered. The tech, Jimmy, warned us that it might take a week. Madison, the courteous.and supportive office manager stayed in touch with us about the order through a long hot week. She called early on the morning it came in and Jimmy had it competently installed and running by early afternoon.Services: HVAC system repair
