Picture it...You own a home and suddenly your master bathroom is acting possessed. Things not draining like they should, water coming up out of places it should be draining from and a new smell that no amount of febreeze could help with. Yep, that happened to us. Now, add in its late at night and the weekend is looming. I Googled and that was a bad idea which resulted in a basic panic attack because per the internet, this was a 20k problem and we could not stay in the home while being worked on. Water heater wasn't hotanymore, I called several companys and Rooter beat the prices by hundred of dollars. Fast and friendly the guy came out the today which is same day as me making the decisions. I am happy to take a hot shower tonight awesome!
Thank you Rooter man for coming to our home in a hurry. I appreciate the office staff being able to walk me through shutting my water off over the phone until a plumber could be here. Everyone was friendly and the two men who came here worked quickly and left everything clean. Thank you again
