Anna Lively is an absolute caring and amazing therapist. She is extremely patient and and really walks beside you on your journey with you. She truly empowers you to learn how to use the tools that she teaches you.
Anna Lively is a caring and gifted therapist who has the the ability to guide her clients through moments of stress. I emphasize the word "guide" because her goal is to give her clients techniques to see things through on their own..Her emphasis is on independence, not dependence.Anna also knows when to "Cut to the Chase".; Sometimes waiting is not an option.Thank you Anna..
