My recommendation to anyone deciding to hire Total Home Care is to make sure and get a written detailed estimate in advance. If you need to add work to your project (which can happen with home improvements) ask for a new written estimate. I failed to do that and got charged more than expected.
Workmanship was good so I paid my invoice in full, but I will not use this company again.

Joe came out to my home on a Friday, said he’d have someone who could complete the work call me. On Monday afternoon, I called and spoke to Joe. He was short with me over the phone and said that someone would call me and hung up quickly. I even saw Joe’s truck drive down my street a couple of days ago, and he didn’t stop to follow up. It’s been two weeks and no one ever called me. I found a great 5 star rated handyman using the Thumbtack app and he completed the work the next day. I was once told… Take care of your customers, or someone else will.

I am so glad I hired Joe Vladyka's Total Home Care I thought Total Home Care was a drywall company. I am a widow, and I had several jobs that need to be done. Total Homed Care did an excellent job on all my needs. When Joe and Fabian stopped to quote on my drywall repairs, they told me that Total Home Care manages several skilled businesses skilled in all trades. Total home Care does the marketing advertising for all the networking companies they manage. The networking companies share one overhead spend their time getting jobs done while Total Home Care manages the business. I had best skilled people doing my jobs. Total Home care had experts fix my fence, drywall repairs, doors, toilet replaced, blinds hung, replaced my floor. They did an excellent job I highly recommend them. They were always on time and worked very neatly and at a reasonable price.

The new epoxy finish looks amazing — it completely refreshed the space and gave it such a clean, polished look. From the start, the crew was very professional and respectful of my home. Left a pamphlet on my brand new car. I don't care how good your business is don't touch my car. Putting pamphlets on peoples cars just leads to littering no one wants to be solicited. Not to mention the Walmart has no solicitation policy.

Joe and his crew replaced the front siding at the roof peak, of my parents home. We called him on Monday and the job was done by Friday. His crew was polite, they cleaned up, and it was a job very well done. I would highly recommend his company.
