They are effective a very efficient, Always on time an if they’re delayed for any reason they call to tell you. Technicians are friendly and nice! Best of the AC companies I’ve dealt with yet!
Our ac stopped working on a hot afternoon and my mother in law knew just who to call. One Hour Air Conditioning was there faster than Jimmy John’s delivers a sub. The technician was trustworthy and professional and showed where the liquid spewed out and explained the system was not repairable, also 25 years old, and how our utility bill was likely outrageous (it was). They put a new one in the very next day, said they would arrive in a window from 8-10am and were there at 7:58. I was pleasantly surprised at how attentive they were regarding parking as they made sure not to block anyone in who was leaving for work. They worked tirelessly and completed the job impressively fast. It was not an easy install whatsoever as part of the system is in the attic and our garage with the attic entrance is jam packed with salon equipment from a move. The new system is awesome and over time will pay for itself as I have already seen a significant decrease on my utility bill. I am grateful to my mom in law for the superb recommendation and I am so thankful to the company for an A+ job well done. A company this good is hard to find in this day and age and they have restored my faith that businesses with outstanding customer service and work ethic still exist. I will recommend them to anyone who ever needs ac work as I trust they will be in great hands.
