I've been using this company for YEARS! Anytime I have any issue (big or small) I know I'm gonna get the BEST service at a fair price. I got an entirely new air conditioning system installed. When the county inspector came to check the installation, he asked me for the company name. He said he wanted to started using this company because he had never seen such thorough work! That's just additional confirmation of my already positive opinion!

We bought a house (Rocky Point) that recently had new AC system installed. We saw Grateful sticker on unit. So, I called to get on maintenance program. Just so happen the owner answered the phone. He said before we set that up. Lets get units moved to your name for warranty. Did it was very easy.So, I did that and called Grateful again to say it was done and wanted a service call. A very nice lady said your house has a maintenance program still available too you. Than she said lets set up a date for guys to come out. I said how much is that? She said it free old owners paid already.Than two very helpful guys came. Check and repair 2 little things they found and said there...read full review
