We had a wonderful experience working with Jim, Deborah and the rest of the Suncoast Custom Builders crew. They completed a covered pergola for us. Communication was seamless and Jim really listened to what we wanted to have done. They were also quick, professional, affordable and pay attention to the small details. Everything is built to last and they used the highest quality hardware. I would highly recommend and plan to have them back out for additional projects in future. Thank you!!

Jim and Deborah are exceedingly professional and wonderful to work with. We called and had Jim come to the house to give us an estimate for a deck within a few days. Jim was patient and knowledgeable as we went back and forth with design ideas. Once we signed off on the final estimate, the whole project took a week, and we were pleasantly surprised at how much work was done at the end of each day. Jim was always diligent in checking how the work was done. Once, we noticed a few boards on the deck were a little jammed together, a minor imperfection that we thought we would have to live with.
