We've used Steve Temple before, he's always been very helpful and professional. Steve was unable to fit us in today for a refrigerator repair and referred us elsewhere, but he spent extra time trying to understand and diagnose the problem, but most importantly he made an effort to ensure that we were able to get the repairs made today. I have the utmost respect for Steve's skills and professionalism, recommend him highly.
