I just signed up for a membership a couple days ago. The girl that helped sign me up was so friendly & helpful. She showed me around to all the beds, took time to answer all my questions & made sure I knew how to worked the bed. I highly recommend this location!

They should offer free sticker goggles when you forget yours. Update- they just informed me they will now provide free eyewear if you forget yours. I've been charged for it before in the past so this is a nice thing to hear. :) great place and the staff are always super nice!

Rylie & Katie worked today. They are the “best” to say the least. Always friendly, always smiling and they both know exactly which beds I like to tan in. They are always professional, courteous and knowledgeable about my tanning experience and make suggestions. South Beach has the customer service that can’t be beat and it’s been from the start of my tanning with South Beach also, they never slack. Kudos to Rylie and Katie for always been joyful and funny but perhaps most understanding.
