I was sent new patient paperwork in the mail. I filled it out and personally handed those papers plus xeroxed front and back of my insurance cards.I dropped them off a week before my Feb 27th appt. The gal at the desk looked them over, said I had filled them out properly. She told me they would be entered in the system and I would be brought right in. I asked her if I would need to fill out anything else out on my appt day. She said, no, you're all set.Ok, I come in Feb 27th. There's a different gal at the sign in desk.She hands me the same stack of papers, and asks me to fill them out.I said, no, I brought them in a week ago, the other gal assured me I'd be in the system....read full review
